考经济也没什么不对阿，那个也不难，又比较基础！

我在新加坡考的，诺大的一个展览中心黑压压一片！估计有2千多人。去年考Level I, 考前读test rules, 左顾右盼之下，还是有很多美女欣赏的.今年一看，基本上女生很少了，美女就更少了。再回头一看坐在我后边的Level III 的兄弟们，我考，基本只剩下印度人了。

昨天道德的考题有点要让人去配眼镜的意思，ROS、SD、PIR全没有。好在感觉题目不难不用分析具体违反哪一条，但不知是真的简单，还是已经掉进了陷阱里。写出来，大家讨论讨论，也有助于ETHICS的提高。顺序记不太清了：

1.Charter is the hightest standard in the industry. 遵守。haven't update their performance online for 18mos.违反了
2.Committe's recommendation。disagree the result but agree upon with its reasonable basis. 遵守，Document different opinion but leave name on.
3.Persuade a client to stay.遵守。 Tell him about another client's infor is on the desk who's return is lagging. 违反了(Confidentiality).
4.Delete all infors in PDA furnished by employer, however, develop a two-stage valuation "matrix" similar to, but not acknowledge former employer.遵守。

6.the hedge fund is not necessary to seek best price and execution。违反了(fair dealing),should seek for best price and execution.

7.simulation results of past 18 mos is comparable to another fund。违反了(fair dealing)。
8.hedge fund is not for conservative investor 。违反了(suitablity)。
9.After own thorough analysis, sell stock from his husband's account。违反了transaction priority 。
10.block trade: buy-account size, 违反了(fair dealing)。sell-sequential order received 遵守
11.didnot disclose proxy vote policy. 违反了. takeover defend,vote for community interests。违反了, should vote for investors in the fund who hold shares 。
12.undisclosed fee, only to selective client。违反了,all client should treat equally。

关于12，all clients should be treated farely, not necessarily equally.

紧急求助各位大虾，本人昨天考试填写名字的时候不小心把姓和名字的位置弄反了，写姓的地方写了名，名的地方写了姓，不知道有没有影响呢，好怕因为这样成绩无效哦。

以前好像有一个帖子说，只要考生的登记号码填对，就问题不大。

楼上的，No.对就没问题，我一个朋友跟你一样的问题，不过CFA协会会来封信跟你确认的。

另外，ethics最后一道undisclosed fee, only to selective client。违反了,all client should treat equally。我印象里好像是选confirmity of the disclosed fee schedule，不同的service可以定不同的fee pay，只要公开就行。

还有最后一道Portfolio的，最后两道关于Multi Factors Macro Model和Multi Factors Micro Model的factors取舍问题，两个是不是都是only the first one 是正确的？这道题很是头痛。

我觉得这话说的绝了点，本来CFA就要求按CFA准则和相关法律法规孰严的原则行事，说明还是有可能存在其他比CFA更高的标准的

在新加坡考的， 觉得上午的不难，比BOOK6简单， (我的BOOK 6 只有第二套上了70%，BOOK7 看了半套就放弃了，没时间了，不想浪费时间在上面)。 中午吃饭的时候我就想下午的难度肯定会上去的，不然就太容易过了。  总的来说，觉得下午的难一些，不少概念题似是而非，排除之后猜的。所以概念要掌握的透彻才行。 两部分的计算量都不比 BOOK6。

如果不过的话就是因为下午的部分，就要继续努力啦！对了，以前曾听说二级一般会有1/3的考生放弃，我没看到周围有这么高比例的空位啊。稍远的地方倒是有十来张联成一片的空位， 只有一位GG孤独的坐在当中 ：(

从去年8月起准备一级，不管这次过不过，其实这一路来我的收获还是挺大的。以前对这个方面的知识为零， 经过大半年的自学和备考一级二级，对金融投资也有了一个粗略的认识。 

我只看了NOTES， 我觉得其实NOTES已经编排整理的非常好了，而且它每年都有更新。要指望NOTES 能够完美是不实际的。如果觉得某个概念NOTES讲解的不清楚就去查书吧， 其实这就是NOTES应该起到的作用。  事实上，如果没有NOTES， 大家的日子会更难过的。

歪歪一下： 出现在 EXPO 的 PPMM 还是狠多的。
