一道道德标准的题，说一个人他０７年过了２级，准备０８年过３级，然后问应该怎么介绍他，那个选哪个啊

再一道是讲要消除违约风险，我记得有两个选项是说和原来的合约对象签一个反向操作的合约，但应该是选那个在any rate基础上的，还是the same rate 基础上的呢？

大家记得答案的来说说

  通过2级考试的，随便他是注册了3级考试还是没有注册考试或者别的什么情况，只能说自己在07年PASSED LEVEL2 EXAM，不能说自己是LEVEL2的CFA,这个我肯定

  至于你第二问题，我选的是SAME RATE,不过没有底

肯定是same rate.

思考过程如下:

如果是any rate 则意味者交易损失方的损失固定 所以此方还是存在违约可能

若same rate 交易双方均无收益或损失 所以不存在违约的可能

If an individual is registered for the CFA Program but declines to sit for an
exam or otherwise does not meet the definition of a candidate as described in
the CFA Institute Bylaws, then that individual is no longer considered an active
candidate. Once the person is enrolled to sit for a future examination, his or
her CFA candidacy resumes.

所以只能說自己在07年PASSED LEVEL2 EXAM。

看了这几道题目，终于增加了点信心。我的答案和楼上的两位一样。

只有报名参加了level 3，才能称自己是CFA level 3 candidate.

总体感觉，第六本模拟题的思路和真正考试相差很多。有点后悔自己做多了模拟卷偏离了考题思路。

Anyway,hope me and all hard-working guys pass it~

我沒做完第六本的mock ，連2007 note 1 的ethics 也沒看，(唯一跳過的章節), 只有將ethics handbook  看完，實際的ethics考試的感覺是不難，只要能掌握原理原則，就好。

谢谢，楼上几位回复的，那我１１２楼下面问的那道有谁记得答案吗,貌似４个选项中前面２个是负的选项，有－１１，－３，后面是２个正的选项，有８，还有一个忘了

大家选的什么？

还有刚在另外一个帖里看到这道题目＂if a project has IRR of 10%, and the NPV for the project is -$250,000 using required rate of return of 11%, what is the change in NPV if required rate of return is now 12%? the choices are decrease more than 250,000, decrease less than 250,000, increase more than 250,000, increase less than 250,000＂大家的答案是什么？

I learned from another forum. There are two sets of exam books in the U.S. One is 1010/1011, and another 2020/2021? Questions are the same but input data and answers are different.
