[求助]缴费扣了信用额度确没有缴费成功

菜鸟跪求大家帮助

报名partI，到了缴费界面，用的pay online，是AMEX运通卡网上支付，但一直提示我付款不成功：

Your transaction was not successful. Please see the error message below

Error Message: Declined, Card Security Code does not match

Reference#: VTJA6B90DE42 (use it when communicating to customer service)

 

但是我的美元信用额度已扣减，致电银行，我该笔金额已冻结，表示付款是成功的，要解除冻结就得联系收款方取消。

 

请问我应该怎么办啊？？？
