题目是说A到时候要付给B on 1,000,000, B到时候要付给A 130,000,000. 然后最后一句问你这些"regarding the term..." 就暗示了这个是合同条款. 所以在initiation of the swap,也就是合同创立开始的时候双方的行为. 所以在开始,应该反过来.
