i made the same mistake in cfa exam before, but i informed the officer right after the exam and write an email to the institute and finally i got pass. So i think u at least have to write an email to the institute to seek help.
CFA institute replied quickly. I provided them my city, exam centre code and seat no. in the email. They just told me not to worry and my answer sheet will be graded.
