这张图非常的confusing，一点也不好。主要那两条world supply的线干扰思维。把那两条线去掉，就很清楚了：

import without tariff，应该等于price without tariff和domestic supply, domestic demand交点之差 （所以正如你说的，书上的图错了）

import with tariff，因该等于price with tariff和domestic supply, demostic demand交点之差，这个图上是正确的。
