没有收到cfa协会的确认信，怎么办呢？

没有收到cfa协会的确认信，但是在cfa协会的网站上用我的注册号登陆后看到了这样的界面，Our records indicate that you have already enrolled for an upcoming exam or that the results from an exam you previously enrolled for have not yet been released. Please contact the CFA Institute Information Central Department with any questions regarding the exam or your enrollment status.

算不算已经注册成功了呢？需不需要和cfa协会联系一下让他们再发一封邮件确认呢？
