Another thing, if you think that 老外的学习能力够低，要是中文考，估计比从业资格考试难不了多少, you don't know 老外 at all, especially the ones taking CFA exam. They are usually smart but refuse to study hard. That's very different from Chinese. To 老外 and their boss, the smartest guy is not the one who got the highest mark, but the one who get just enough mark to pass & spend the remaining time at work or enjoying life. This is called prioritize. Also, don't forget, CFA is an American exam, you are disadvantaged and this means they don't have to work as hard as you to pass it.
