Handbook:
优点：内容组织好，精炼，描述一致，读起来很舒服；
缺点：内容不全

Notes:
优点：内容比较全
缺点：很散，描述上比较晦涩，甚至有矛盾的地方；阅读量比HANDBOOK大了一辈；每个SECTION后的练习题与实际考题风格迥异；

我基本上是FOLLOW NOTES，个别章节参考HANDBOOK，no mock test。考过了。1x3, 1x2, 1*7

I'd suggest follow handbook, plus 'current issues' section of the notes. (This is my suggestion for the full exam, and may not be applicable to individual level exam)
