CFA certificate only without relevant working experience almost means nothing. Firms and banks for sure attach more importance to your working experience when recruiting. Certificate is usually a plus to your career rather than an access. To me even I can not pass th exam it does not matter that much. The study progress itself did help me much as a credit analyst in banking industry. Really appreciate those knowledges echoing my daily working content.
