美国东部时间28号早上8点。应该是中国的28号晚上8点。

不是美东时间早上9点么？而且差13个小时，应该是晚上10点吧。

相差12个小时，应该是北京时间晚上9点公布成绩。

美国实行夏时制，所以到了冬天大多数州会把时钟往后拨一小时。这样一来，和北京时间就差了13个小时了。今晚10点可以知道一级成绩。
