题目是这样的： risk management activities can increase firm value when: 1. the firm's claimholders cannot replicate the results of the firm's hedging activity 2. there is a sufficient number of claimholders 3. the firm's claimholders are sufficiently risk-averse a. 1 only b. 1 and 2 only c. 2 and 3 only d. 1,2,and 3 给的答案是选b 不明白的是2为什么对？我选的a……觉得3看起来也很对的样子…… 求各位大虾帮忙解答~> <

2 对，是因为claimholder多了，大家乱糟糟的，当然risk mgmt 就有作用啦。3不对，因为如果大家都很自觉的risk adverse，要 risk mgmt 干嘛。

　婚纱摄影的拍摄方式分为内景和外景。内景婚纱照就是在影棚里完成拍摄，影棚里有各种道具，还有很多背景，有条件的就可以把这些背景主题做得很大，这方面影楼比较有优势，而工作室的内景比较少，当然也有少数超大型工作室除外；外景婚纱照就在在户外完成，如街拍等...而外景婚纱照通常在一些风景区完成，外景婚纱照最好是选择摄影工作室拍摄。而现在的新人都会选择内景加外景一起拍，工作室一般都会把这两个合并起来。rbing.cn/
